The "Team" understand the importance of Housing providers having minimal vacancy time. Instructions were requested, signs went up and a new tenant was found prior to vacancy at the quoted fair market value. Some minor works were coordinated prior to the new tenant and the whole process ran smoothly. I would recommend Brand property!
