We found him fair, honest and supportive the whole way through the negotiation process. He was more than happy to answer our endless questions and worked hard to secure the property for us. We were also pleased to discover that doesn't mind a bit of a laugh, so the anxious Saturday morning inspections were made surprisingly enjoyable. Andy Tan is also a wonderful agent: polite, attentive, forthcoming with information and very nice to work with. The two of them are experienced and hardworking and would be my first choice to buy from or sell through. Forget the slick upstarts and disingenuous tactics, just get these guys on the job.

Agents in the real estate industry can get up to a lot of shady tricks. Gerard - in my more than 20 years of knowing him and with my training as a solicitor - is not one of these. I feel confident from my own dealings with him that as agent for the vendor there are no shenanigans-he does the very best that he can for you 100% ethically and conscientiously. Also my former husband and I were selling our properties as part of a Family Law Settlement and Gerard handled that very tactfully and with finesse. A good bloke.
