I’m Nicole Gerber, Principal of Gerber Properties in Stanmore. Real estate has been in my family for generations, and with over 25 years of experience in the Inner West, I’ve built a business based on trust, results, and genuine care. I take a hands-on approach with every property I represent. From strategy and styling to negotiation and settlement, I’m across every detail to make sure no opportunity is missed. I believe in honest advice, clear communication, and creating campaigns that attract the right buyers. I’m proud to run a boutique agency that does things differently. We’re not about volume - we’re about people. Every client and every home gets the attention it deserves, and I treat every sale as if it were my own. Throughout the years, she took on several roles in administration, property management, and sales, gaining valuable experience in the process. Her passion for healthcare eventually led her to pursue a Bachelor of Nursing and she co-founded a successful skin and injectables clinic. Although her career in healthcare was fulfilling, Georgia always felt a deep connection to the property and real estate market. Georgia has come full circle and returned to her roots in real estate, leveraging her diverse and unique skill set to provide exceptional and honest service with a client-centered approach. Excellent knowledge of Inner West Market, professionalism and communication

Selling my home was a difficult and emotional decision, but Nicole and the team at Gerber Properties made the entire process much easier. I felt genuinely looked after from start to finish. Professional, Realistic, supportive from pre Contract to post sale~ thank you Nicole and Team

I was selling my unit purchased 27 years ago, with the last 20 years being rented out. Over the past few years I have researched and put the feelers out to other agents in the area. Nicole, on first discussion stood out! Prior to the sale, Nicole provided succinct and valuable advice, on requirements to improve the appearance and outlined a clear marketing strategy to achieve a good price. Nicole and team work closely together, and offered calming support at a time of uncertainty when making the decision to sell. Nicole, followed up every step of the way, was always pleasant, approachable and has a great energy and passion to support the best sales strategy.
