Competent and Experienced

Arthur's knowledge, empathy and communication will appeal to both buyers and sellers. This is not a 'by the numbers' real estate agent. Every relevant detail was communicated via phone, message or email, as suited the particular point in the sale process. You will be asked many questions as he builds his internal profile of you and your attitudes. These questions are not meant to be an invasive process. They're so he has an accurate understanding of your needs and requirements. This was demonstrated to me clearly in the latter stages of our sale whenever he expressed the various available options in what is an 'interesting' time to sell property. While naturally leaving all decisions to me as vendor, his preferred option each time was exactly the same as mine. And no, it was never a result of his talking me into a particular way of thinking. I've both bought and sold a number of properties over the last 46 years, and recommend Arthur.
