Best in the Southern Hemisphere -- no joke

Arthur is absolutely amazing. I could not recommend him more highly. If you are selling or buying a house in Stanmore, or anywhere in the Inner West, for that matter, you must speak to Arthur. Arthur has got it all. He is very knowledgeable, he is very experienced and he has enormous credibility -- he's not one of those guys who under-quotes or exaggerates. He works hard and puts in the hours -- he arranged all the painting and repairs for our place before auction. But the main thing about Arthur is his ability to communicate. Not only is he funny and friendly, he just genuinely likes people. He likes to talk to the buyers and he doesn't bullshit them. If you are lucky enough to have Arthur sell you a house you'll end up being great friends. That's how we knew him. He sold us a house in 2013 for exactly $1 million. Four years later, after we'd moved overseas and wanted to sell, I knew Arthur was the agent to get. I knew my experience had been so good -- having dealt with a bunch of thieves and snakes all over Sydney -- that he'd treat other buyers like he treated us. And you know what? We sold for $1.846. Not a bad little earner. And I am sure Arthur had a lot to do with it. He calls everyone back who either comes through for a viewing or emails or calls. If someone takes a contract, he stays in contact. He works the buyers with charm and honesty. In the end, we have like 13 contracts out. At the auction, we had five serious bidders. The house went over reserve within seconds of the bidding starting. We could hardly believe it. Well done Arthur my friend. You're a gentleman and a true professional. We are forever in your debt.
