Jo Mackenzie was great to deal with on what turned out to be a very protracted settlement period for the home I purchased. Jo was good to work with throughout the negotiations. She kept us informed and around the protracted (hence four stars) and sometimes emotional negotiation of the sale. She managed our expectations of the complexities but was hang strung by the sellers circumstances which made our end of the purchasing process somewhat frustrating. Jo is a personable woman who was professional and available at all times.
