Richard's practical advice on how to best present my house for sale was excellent. He organised all the tradespeople and did some of the work himself. Also, he initiated putting locks on gates and making signs,warning trespassers, as the house was unoccupied at the time of sale.He personally checked on the property frequently to ensure security was upheld. He communicated in an abrupt manner. His dress,constant smoking and chaotic office were off putting. Finally Richard sold my property for a good price during the COVIT-19 restrictions creating delays in banking transactions etc. I deeply appreciated the professional result Richard achieved of selling my property at a very difficult time.
