Gavin is excellent in every facet of his profession and service to the sale of my property.

Gavin was very knowledgable in my type of property , the current market and was great at listening to what my asking sale price was when negotiating with several potential buyers that he had on hand. He was also very reachable to answer any lingering questions and was driven to achieve the sale of the property within his predicted time frame.
