I approached Matt to sell my house 4 weeks before going on holiday & suggested it might be preferable to delay until my return. Matt gave me a lot of helpful advice, said he thought it would be sold before I went away, didn't think I'd need to spend great amounts on advertising, answered my questions promptly & gave great feedback after each of the inspections. The selling process happened efficiently, smoothly & quickly; the house was sold at a price & a 90 day settlement period I was very happy with, the deposit was paid before I went away. Matt's after sale service was also commendable; he continued to give helpful advice while I was looking for a house to purchase & took pressure off me because had I not found one in time he had arranged with the purchasers that I could rent back my old home on a monthly basis. I cannot praise Matt highly enough.
