Systems, procedures and willingness are far more professional than all other agents I have used.
The first point of call for a real estate agent is to return a call or make contact with a client (owner or buyer) on the terms requested or required by the client, and not the terms and conditions set by the agent. I even have one real estate company stipulate that I have to attend their office first before they do anything - and they did not know if I was seller, buyer, landlord or tenant. I even rang the owner of the agency and they did not return my call either. Far too often the agent forms an opinion about a client based on personal or ill informed views, and then they decide whether or not to work hard or not. McGrath and Anna adhere to their professional systems and procedures, and so do all of their workers. Now, the only agents I recommend is McGrath. Well done.

An outstanding selling experience the McGrath Way
I have been in the real estate industry for a very long time and have bought and sold many times in the last 30 years. The McGrath experience was the best we have ever had. The marketing package was exceptional, the selling strategy intelligent and well planned and the end result was amazing! My advice to anyone wanting to sell is listen to what Anna has to say, invest in a marketing package and leave the rest to Anna and her team.
