My brother and I recently sold our townhouse at Castle Hill through Craig Alexis from Gilmour Property Agents - we found that he was an excellent communicator and had an excellent knowledge of the market for the area and how the property should be marketed. I had discussed with Craig prior to listing what we intended to do to the property prior to listing and that we intended to have the property styled for the sale, which he indicated was a positive thing instead of listing a vacant property. Craig excelled in his negotiations with the buyers and we achieved a sale price which far exceeded all of our expectations after the 1st open home.
