We were pleased and impressed with Richard as he saw us once several months before our final purchase and obviously retained an accurate description of our needs as he emailed us unexpectedly with the details of the property we ultimately purchased. Once we expressed an interest, he and his assistant were very flexible with respect to meeting us and arranging inspections. And all of this in the week before Christmas when we had effectively ceased looking.

Sale in Gosford new Apartment
I contacted Richard by chance after looking for a local agent in Gosford. I had purchased an apartment 2 years ago off the plan and I wanted a market appraisal on its current value in order to make a decision on whether to sell on completion Richard provide me with current market conditions and also on construction progress over the last 12 months In the end I decided to sell, Richard was very professional in his approach to the sale and we got the asking price . I wpould not hesitate in using Richard again and recommend him to others
