Positive helpful and knows what he’s talking back

Saw Trent when I came down from Northern Rivers to get an idea of things. Didn’t know area at all. Just sold my place after a lot of stressfull negotiations. Fantastic price. but stressed to oblivion. He was very helpful, went out of his way to show me the place I eventually bought. After living in 7 brand new places it was difficult for me to look at places that weren’t new. The last 17 years I’d lived in the same place which I loved but moved to be near family. I’ve sold 9 houses over the years but a lot had changed with technology. Helped me with that too. Very prompt with replies. I’m on my own so it can be difficult making decisions. I felt like I could trust his advice. I’m very happy in my house and I’m really happy I got it. I had trouble making my mind up (understatement of the year). Trent very patient. I would also like to say Lana at reception very friendly and printed map of area first time I went in. I have already recommended Trent to friends of daughter in law. I don’t intend to sell.
