Kelvin displayed an air of friendly professionalism and knowledge from our first meeting, and soon had our house photographed and listed for sale. It took all of two days to receive a very handsome offer, and a contract was signed. Then after numerous time extensions the proposed buyers claimed they could not obtain the required finance, and pulled out of the contract. This did not hamper our future plans, as 24 hours later Kelvin had obtained another signed contract, which proceeded successfully and still within our time frame.
