We engaged Reece after meeting with other agents in the area to sell our house in Glass House Mountains. We found him to be well spoken, honest, knowledgeable and straightforward. Moving interstate always comes with stress, but Reece made everything simple and comfortable when it came to selling our home. Reece handled any and all requests promptly, making the entire process effortless from start to finish. We felt at times we were asking too much of Reece, but no question or concern was too much. He got a price that was close to what we wanted and found buyers that were serious and well financed, which assured us that the offer presented was solid. Everything fell into place with both parties happy with the result. We also really appreciated the fact that Reece is well known in the community, is a local resident of Glass House Mountains. He had excellent knowledge of the local market and potential buyers, but didn't hesitate to target buyers interstate with well-placed online ads. Overall, we are so pleased that we chose Reece to sell our home and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others looking to sell.

Kelvin is the most honest and professional agent that I have dealt with in many, many years. His understanding of the market and his professionalism is second to none. The most important reason that I am so satisfied as a customer is that Kelvin was constantly putting our interests first. This is so unlike the many agents that I've dealt with in the past. Yes, we pay the agent, and the agent is supposed to be working for us - but so many agents just want to close a sale at whatever cost and move on. No slick national franchise "machine type" sales experience here !!! Sincerity and honesty are the first impressions we had of Reece. We travelled 1100+ kms to inspect this property and we received a quiet and sincere welcome devoid of sales pressure - all our questions were answered with local knowledge together with suggestions and tips to make our move seamless. Reece never losses sight of the fact that the vendor is his principal but he is also conscious of the fact that his buyers have issues too - his negotiating skills are well honed to ensure a satisfactory result for all concerned. As complete strangers to this wonderful community Reece is our "go to" person for references to local services etc - he, and his staff, are truely welcoming and knowledgable. This is a "FULL SERVICE REAL ESTATE AGENCY". We cannot think of any reason to go to any other agency for real estate dealings in this area.

Nicky was really helpful and keen to sell my house. For her first sale of a house she was fantastic. She kept me up to date on how the open houses went and any interest that was received.
