Lisa actually was our first choice of agent when buying our house so naturally wanted to her to sell it again after 17 years. We find her to be focused and confident in her work. She also calls in from time to time to keep in touch. We wish her well for her future. Nb Between the bank and covid19 there was lower then expected price but with the help of Lisa it wasn't too bad

Lisa really knows the market well. She helped us to work out what a realistic price is in this market and explained exactly why. This helped us to sell our house quickly and for a good price. Lisa knew what the house was worth and would not let buyers pressure us to drop the price below it’s value. It sold within 2 weeks of going on the market which meant only two weeks of the dreaded open homes. We have used GLC three times now and have never been disappointed. Lisa guided us through the entire process and kept us well informed of any developments. She also kept us calm and reassured during the sales process and made sure everything was fair and nobody took advantage of us. I would certainly recommend Lisa and her GLC team to anyone.
