My experience with Glenmore Park Realty and more specifically Belinda Watts was excellent, a term that is sometimes over used - but it is the only way I can describe our experience - from time of initial consultation right through to hosting open days, negotiations and finally the sale of our home. Although Belinda is the principal of GPR she had a hands-on approach, with personalised service, providing us with guidance and advice from her years of experience in the industry coupled with her knowledge of the local market. Deciding to sell your home is an big decision and one we were dreading anticipating all the stress and hassle that comes with it, we 'interviewed' other agents but were largely disappointed and felt like just a number - until we met Belinda. From the moment we met her, we felt like she cared and had a genuine commitment to work with us to sell our home, and achieve the best possible outcome for us. I would absolutely have no hesitation in recommending Belinda and Glenmore Park Realty, in fact this is only agent we would consider using should the need arise in the future.
