Excellent Agent, very professional in all aspects, very helpful, friendly and reliable person.
Derec is very professional with what he is doing. I have a chance to do a few business with him in the past. I bought 2 property from him and he did also sold 2 properties for me and I was overwhelmed by the results he got for me. I would recommend him to anyone, who want to buy or sell property. A excellent agent which I have ever meet. 👍👍🙏🙏

Record Sale Price
We recently sold a house with Deric and his team at Global RE and while this can be a very stressful process, Deric ensured the process was seamless and achieved a record sale price in Cabramatta West. He was candid, provided great feedback, helped explain clearly all details and managed the actual sale negotiation brilliantly. In addition, he was extremely responsive to every one of our questions, no matter how small.
