She always retuned the calls promptly kept me up to date. The only issue I had was that she had under quoted the price a bit like most agents do. She showed me some properties that was sold in the area but non of them were similar to my property. If I sell another property I will watch for the price and get a few other agents to quote and sign the contract with the best price.
