Great customer service, friendly and helpful

When I first walked in the door , I was greeted and approached by a team member. She was interested and helpful, unlike the previous agency I'd attended. Communication has been excellent and issues have been dealt with promptly. In the end I'm glad I've ended up dealing with this particular agency.

The new owners are Efficient and Excellent with their communication!

I have found the new owner Steve has turned over gold city reality for the better! Amazing communication! Always engaged in Email and Phone call coms providing updates on my tenanted property! Living 1000s of KMS away from where the property is located, I can trust they ensure best possible care and interventions on the property maintenance, along with excellent trades assigned to general task!
