For over 15 years, Belle Property has managed my rental property, and I couldn't be happier with the service they provide. They are consistently attentive, professional, and friendly in all their dealings. My property has always been managed to a very good standard, and any issues have been handled efficiently and effectively. Their dedication and professionalism make them an outstanding property management team, and I highly recommend their services.

I would like to recognise Shari for the excellent service she has provided managing our property. As an interstate landlord, clear communication is very important, and Shari is always responsive, proactive, and willing to call when a discussion or clarification is needed. She follows up maintenance and lease matters promptly, keeps us informed, and takes a practical approach by focusing on necessary maintenance while helping manage costs sensibly. We really appreciate her professionalism, reliability, and the confidence she gives us that the property and tenants are being well looked after. Thank you, Shari, for your outstanding support and service.

Recently our tenants gave short notice, and Kerrie and Scott were on top of it. They arranged the post-tenancy maintenance, advised us what new price to ask, advertised and organised open homes. They summarised the tenants' applications and we chose the best fit. We had new tenants sign the lease within a couple of weeks. Both Kerrie and Scott are very personable. We have found Belle Property Townsville to be excellent communicators and do not hesitate to recommend them. Thank you.

Our experience has been really good. We're always kept up to date about the property, and our Property Manager is friendly, professional, and easy to deal with. I really appreciate the clear communication.

Great team, responsive and knowledgeable. Been great with my investment property so far.

I applied for a fair few different places and found most of the agents from different real estates were not very helpful or nor caring. Charlie was absolutely wonderful and helping me get this property at 49 Medici Drive, Kelso. And is ongoing being helpful with anything we need in the maintenance process.

What made Smart rental stand out is that they are very responsive and have a listening ear. I am so glad they helped me secure a beautiful home.

Made renting straightforward. Quick responses to emails. Issues resolved quickly.

Bree and the team are always happy to help. They made the process quick, simple and seamless. We told them what we needed in a house and they gave us options and we had an approval fast. Signing documents and how to make payments and when was clear. They were also happy to answer any questions or concerns we had.
