I moved agencies earlier this year and found Gold City Realty. The team are friendly and helpful, and the owner Tarja has gone above and beyond in her help, in particular the maintenance of my pool. The team communicate effectively and nothing is too much trouble. So glad I chose them to manage my property.

I have been impressed by Gold City Realty's management of my property. They are very responsive to addressing maintenance issues when they arise. They have access to a number of local tradies who do quality work. They check on the quality of significant work done on the property before invoices are paid. They keep me well informed of actions they are taking on my behalf in relation to the property. I feel confident that my property is in good hands.

Tarja and her team at Gold City Realty were fantastic to work with. They communicated with us throughout the time we had our property with them. Keep great records of our property and completed regular inspections keeping us up to date with any issues. Then when it came time to sell, they were most helpful and saw that the necessary processes were met to help us get the sale across the line. We would be very happy to utislise their expertise in the future should we look to purchase another investment property. Thanks for the wonderful service Tarja!

Gold City Realty has only recently taken over property management for me but so far has provided a comprehensive and diligent service. Tarja has always been very professional in her dealings with us. We do not have to remind her to do anything that we have asked of her. She is never too busy to talk to us whenever we have a reason to contact her. She manages a few of our property's and we are happy with how it all works to both our advantages. I have rated Gold City Realty with four stars as I believe there is always room for improvement.
