Bottom line up front, John Santos was amazing and to say I am an advocate of his exemplary performance is probably an understatement, but the best I can do to summarise and not sound like I’m overinflating my review! I can say that I have already recommended John to friends and neighbours and I don’t give out recommendations lightly or often. We had been out of the housing market for quite a while and honestly, were a bit daunted. We had not had good experiences at some of the other open houses and, what we thought were decent Real Estate agents, when putting in offers on other houses, were mediocre in hindsight. He was very kind and approachable at the open house, gave time to all attendees, was very knowledgeable about the house and seemed very respectful of the seller’s property and wishes. One of our favourite reasons for dealing with John was his communication skills. After putting in our offer, during negotiations, waiting for settlement, John facilitated excellent communications between both us as the buyers and with the sellers. The sellers even sent a message through John articulating the same point of view. Although John is busy (and I can see why he is now), he always answered or responded in a timely fashion, even outside of work hours (which we certainly did not expect) and provided helpful advice that assisted us when dealing with our bank and solicitors when it was obvious we needed some guidance and provided great recommendations for inspections. It was a large purchase for us, it made the whole process much less stressful and actually enjoyable. John was professional but also relatable. He was a very active listener and cared about both parties involved, even my youngest daughter has asked about John even after we have moved in! As a local, it is obvious John is invested in the area and knows a great deal about it. He is highly recommended by us… 6 stars!

Chris went above and beyond my expectations as the agent to sell my home. From the first meeting, Chris added value by going into detail how to best prepare my home to maximise the price, she is transparent on the process and the costs involved, and Chris negotiated a great offer after only one open house day.
