I decided that going to auction would be the best way and in turn received an outstanding result with lots of extra $$ that may not have happened, if I didn’t market the property as Tina had suggested. Tina was professional and vigilant throughout the viewings providing prospective buyers with information not only on the property but of the local area. This was then fed back to me with weekly summaries of potential buyer’s comments. I really liked how Tina shared this information as it has helped to inform me of what the property could be worth and what type of buyers were interested in my property.
