We’ve known about Tina in Merrimac for many many years. For us, experience and results is very important. From the first time she sat down with us, it was obvious that she had a well thought out and market targeting selling plan. She gave us all the information about what’s happening now and during the selling process, in a clear and easy way to understand. Tina has an extensive client base of buyers that were all informed of the selling of our house. Our first open for inspection was due on a Saturday, but during that week Tina had arranged for 2 clients to have private inspections, with both parties putting in offers by Friday.
