Tina nanadic was very welcoming, helpful, allowed us plenty of time to look through the property, quick to respond to contact. Had no issues during the purchase period. The only thing I can negatively mention was that we believe the open houses were all on Saturday mornings because the street was quieter on the weekends, we discovered AFTER purchasing and moving in the the street is VERY busy during week days particularly because there’s a popular school on it so school drop offs and pickups are awful with the noise of traffic and buses. It would have been good to get an idea of traffic flow on a weekday morning instead of weekends. Overall though, Tina is a very good sales rep, friendly and a very involved member of the local primary school P&C who helps raise funds and increase resources for this community
