Sold our house in Ormeau by using David Jones Real Estate - once the tenants moved out, Dave had a contract in just 3 days. Couldn't ask for better than that could you. Brought the house through David Jones, then sold it via him. We would be happy to recommend this business to anybody that is either buying or selling a property in the greater Ormeau area.

Sale of our investment property
My husband and I decided to make the tough call to place our investment property on the market. This was January 2020 just weeks before the corona virus hit Australia impacting the property market significantly. We live in a different state to where our property was located, so we didn't know a reliable agent to call on to get us the best possible outcome with the sale of our property. All I can say is Thank God we found Steve and Ngari. From the get go Steve helped navigate us through every little step it takes to selling a property - in a pandemic and we had no idea what to do with selling a property as we hadn't sold a property before, so it was scary. He kindly and gently liaised with our tenants, kept in constant contact with us and kept me informed of anything big or small. Honestly, nothing was too much trouble for Steve - he is the real deal. We thankfully had an offer made on our property and with relief we accepted it. The whole process was so easy with Steve, his understanding, genuine care and communication with us we are so grateful for. We have not even met in person, but I'm so grateful that we were blessed to secure him as our agent. I would confidently and happily recommend him to anyone. For Sale - in lock down.
the week after placing our home on the market, lock down hit us , it was very hard as we are in the older age bracket. David looked after everything, very caring and thoughtful. Prices did drop (as was expected at this time of crisis however we still had sufficient to be able to move into the retirement village. And the big red bow on the sign on settlement day was fantastic. Thanks David.
