Lauren was very good to deal with through the entire buying process - she went away overseas and she was able to transition our movements across to Kristie very well who was also great to deal with. Her availability was the thing we were more impressed with as we often weren't able to give her much notice and we also weren't always to make it during the week which she was very accommodating for. Lauren was great at providing her honest opinion and helping in anyway she could. She made the process of looking and buying my first home a much simpler process. Would definitely to be happy to deal with Lauren regarding any future house buying/selling/renting. Would highly recommend Lauren as she excels at her job whilst making the process as smooth as possible.
