Would like to thank Subhash and his team for an exceptional outcome. Local agents from the area suggested a conservative CMA and showcased $100k above CMA would be the target which was not acceptable however Subhash gave me a realistic CMA which was better than others worked to achieve what we discussed and agreed just within 12 days of listing. Thank you for all your efforts , your team's effort in setting the right expectations, getting the desired results within the time frame suggested. Want to thank Subhash and his team again for an outstanding outcome. They proved that it is not important to be a local agent to get a great outcome.
