I've known Garry from the last couple years and one of the key things I can endorse is, he's the most genuine Real Estate agent I've ever met. One of the biggest reasons I recommend him is he'd always give you fair and genuine advise regarding your property. With his deep knowledge of the market, he guides really well on what to expect and what not to. Along with the knowledge skills his experience, his strong negotiation skills also helps in achieving the desired price and results. For instance, my land was sold by Garry at a time when market was really crunching and there were very less buyers in the market. But at the end I'm very happy with the results we have achieved.
