I've known Garry from the last couple years and one of the key things I can endorse is, he's the most genuine Real Estate agent I've ever met. My endorsements is the result of our dealings in the past on various properties as this wasn't the first time we both did business together. As a finance broker, I've referred buyers to Garry and everyone had been so happy with him. One of the biggest reasons I recommend him is he'd always give you fair and genuine advise regarding your property. With his deep knowledge of the market, he guides really well on what to expect and what not to. Along with the knowledge skills his experience, his strong negotiation skills also helps in achieving the desired price and results. For instance, my land was sold by Garry at a time when market was really crunching and there were very less buyers in the market. But at the end I'm very happy with the results we have achieved. I am very disappointed with the service Prince has given, particularly post sales. He provided me with false information regarding the property which I found put after I purchased the property. He is not willing to take any responsibility for his actions and will cost thousands to be rectified. I am very upset as this is the biggest purchase we will ever make and the property was only purchased based on the information provided by Prince
