I found that Jason gave me a good fair price to put the apartment on the market. The price meant that interest was shown in the property. He had a well thought out sale process and strategy. There were nine offers on the apartment and prospective buyers were asked to make a final offer. There were then four similar offers and I chose to sell to the young couple buying their first home. I had lived in the apartment for 20 years and it was important to me that the buyers would treat the apartment with love. I am sure they will do that.
