My Tamarama house had not sold at Auction with another agent a year ago. I meet Pauline at that auction, so she knew my place. Pauline aproched me and thought she had a buyer. The house was sold a week later for a very good price.It could not have been easier. She handeled all the negotiations beautifully. Pauline also came with me to the Auction of the apatment that I wanted. She was so calm and experienced and an enormous help. I could not have bought it without her invaluable help. Her folow up help has been amazing , recommending removalist ,trades people and generally dealing with everything behind the scene in a very polite ,quiet, efficent manner . Our world in Australia was still normal in late February, when I contacted Pauline to sell my treasured Tamarama beachfront apartment. A few weeks later, the marketing campaign and pre-Easter onsite auction ended up in the eye of the COVID-19 storm. Shortly after the first and well-attended open house, the beaches were closed, social distancing rules came in, people had to stay at home. Eventually onsite auctions were also outlawed. Despite all those disruptions, Pauline achieved a good result. The virus probably stole a “wow” result, but I was satisfied. Pauline put in a lot of extra effort and was always well prepared for the next step throughout this unpredictable period. I felt well advised by her. Including not to accept earlier “opportunistic” offers. She is a highly experienced realtor with a great sense of fairness and an excellent communicator. I bought this apartment through her 27 years ago, and had also felt well advised as a purchaser. Pauline’s boutique agency benefits from her excellent network and industry contacts. With Pauline there’s a way around every single hurdle and she is highly efficient and meticulous. In the preparation of my apartment for sale she managed to fit in a professional clean, paint job, styling and photography in half the time proposed by competitors. Pauline and Steven created the most sensational renewal of an 1880s terrace, next door, in Woollahra. They moved to Jersey Road and are now not far away… a very small and highly concentrated triangle of this fabulous city. THEY KNOW this part of the Eastern Suburbs. My Holdsworth Street terrace was auctioned in November. At EVERY instance, Pauline's advice, suggestions, corrections and guidance, have been remarkably generous and supportive, much, much, much beyond any expectations. She arranged garden clearing, house cleaning, removalists (wonderful guys) and storage. She has also recommended joiners for my future bookshelves. Pauline has attended the presentation of the launch of the refurbished Anglicare apartments, one of which I hope to inhabit, spoken to the Sales Representative and directed me to a financial adviser, who praised her for her concern for my prospects.
