Exceeded Expectations
To say I was overjoyed with the price we received is an understatement. Not only did Lachlan sell our house within 24 hours (twice) of putting it on the market, the price we got was more than what we expected. The first contract fell over and within 24 hours Lachlan had the property under contract again. He was easy to communicate with, nothing seemed like an issue and he also answered our questions promptly. We highly recommend Lachlan and is one of the best agents we have worked with.

Great outcome.
A purchase contract was signed within a day or two from when I signed up with Lachlan from Gordon Hay RE to act as my sales agent. Lachlan answered my queries promptly. Initially I thought asking price, placed by the agent, judging by surrounding past sales was a little high. However sale price was spot on. Lachlan also checked my property on several occasions during the 4weeks until settlement. Thank you for a great outcome.
