I highly recommend Steve Gott if you are considering selling your property. Steve has an open honest approach to the sale process whilst keeping you informed along the way so you are never left wondering. It might be as simple as a short text message just to keep you in the loop or update you on market trends etc via email. The end sale price was better than expected, thanks Steve

Steve was very thorough & professional, incredibly prepared from day 1, and was a pleasure to deal with throughout. I was amazed at the promptness & thoroughness of the initial proposal, and subsequent communication. He was honest and direct, was very easy to speak with, and he was available after hours with answers to questions when needed. Nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend Steve to anyone wanting to sell their property.

I can honestly say that I am truly satisfied by the way Steve conducts himself.. I found him to be very professional but not pushy or uncomfortable with the decisions I wanted him to make for me.. He was very encouraging and understanding to my needs.. He conducted himself very well at all times and kept me updated on every little thing that was going on..
