Brody is an outstanding agent. He combines professional skills with a friendly manner. I had spoken to Brodie about a property in Goulburn, however, it had sold. He immediately then asked me to describe exactly what I was looking for. After listing a new property he immediately phoned me and arranged an inspection. I was travelling to Goulburn to inspect other properties. He then asked whether I would be happy with a delayed settlement to which I agreed. He then negotiated with the vendor resulting in my securing the property. He has followed up with phone calls seeking to provide any further assistance. I can not help but compare Brodie's positive approach with other agents I have dealt with in this process whose assistance was at the best satisfactory.
