Very professional
Brody did a great job selling our property. He kept us updated and we were very satisfied with his work. In fact a big shout out to the whole team at First National in Goulburn as they looked after our property in Goulburn for many years as a rental and Courtney and the team did an excellent job and Brody's work topped it all off.

Outstanding Service from everyone at First National Goulburn.
Barry & all his staff acted with the upmost professionalism & honesty regarding the sale of the property (which sold in 2 days!). They kept me informed at every step of the process & were polite & respectful in every conversation. Selling a house is something you don't do every day, but wouldn't hesitate to recommend Barry & his team to do the best for when you do.

Professional, Knowledgeable and Highly Recommend
Brody was amazing. His professional and friendly approach along with his vast knowledge of the real estate market was astounding. He made what is normally a very stressful situation into a very easy process. He kept me informed every step of the way and no question or request was ignored. The BEST Agent in town!
Having worked in Real Estate for many years, I had very high expectations when selecting the agent to represent my property. Being quite a distance away, I only had a chance to chat to Brody over the phone and was delighted at his genuine exchange and knowledge of the local property market. Brody ended up selling my much loved property for a price beyond my expectations. He kept me updated the whole time and always made me feel comfortable and unpressured when it came to critical decision making. Totally Trustworthy.
I felt from the outset that I could trust Barry with the sale of my property. This was critical & removed any anxiety from myself as a vendor. Selling my home was one of the biggest decisions of my life, as it is for most people. Barry was professional, well prepared & organised, with a good knowledge of the current market & potential buyers. He was honest & realistic with both myself & buyers. Barry constantly kept me updated & informed. He is an excellent communicator & has a good knowledge of real estate law. His marketing was widespread & he kept interest going . His assistant Andrew took great photos, linking every room to the garden, & he also arranged great drone photos. Barry has a friendly, delightful personality & is very community-minded, so he comes with my sincere recommendation.

The Best Of The Best
I have to say in all my experience in buying & selling properties , Barry has been by far the most thorough as well the most organised team I have come in to contact with. One of the most surprising attributes Barry gave me was his most thorough analysis of the sales within the area as well as timing of property sales in regards to how long they were taking to sell.
