When you are dealing with Barry and Heidi, you don’t have to worry about a single thing. We brought our house from Barry without any physical inspection, because Barry is the type of person you can trust blindly. When we received the keys, we found the house much in a much better condition than what Barry had described. Then at a later stage we rented out our house through Heidi and got a better rent than we expected. They had such a good connection with people, they didnt even need to advertise our house on rental websites. Never had a single problem with out tenants or rents. Then we sold our house amid the coronavirus situation and trust me we were not worried that much. We knew that Barry will tale care of everything and he did. Everything went well and smoothly with our sell thanks to Barry. We have a few other properties in Sydney and dealing with RE agents here in Sydney is a nightmare!! When I compare our experience with Barry & Heidi, they are way above standard. If we ever buy another IP, it will be in Goulburn because I really dont want to deal with any other RE agent in the country other than Goulburn First National.
