Brodie, sold our house within 24 hours of listing, we were completely blown away. We still can't believe how easy Barry made the whole process!
We wanted to sell our property but our tenant still had 3 or 4 months left on the lease. Barry devised a no pressure strategy to market the property by appointment to investors. He communicated this to our tenant which gave her comfort she would not be forced to vacate early or have hoards of people in her home every weekend. It also gave us comfort that our tenant would not be motivated to break the lease early, costing us $425 a week in lost rent. During this part of the strategy we did not advertise. Barry used his networking skills to find the potential investors. Unfortunately, but not unsurprisingly, investors did not want to pay our asking price. Barry kept open communication with our tenant. She appreciated being kept in the loop and cooperated unbelievably, presenting the house beautifully for every appointment. I think this is a great credit to her but also to Barry's understanding of the people issues involved in this sale, his communication and genuine empathy for all parties. With a month left on the lease, Barry suggested to one of his sales team, that he show the property to a couple who were looking for a home. Prior to the inspection, Barry again visited our tenant to discuss with her, the necessary change in strategy to include owner occupiers. He let her know we would not agree to any short settlement periods that could cause her difficulty. The couple bought the property. They agreed to the settlement terms to suit our tenant and we got the price we wanted. All this and not 1 cent spent on advertising. I can say Barry is a brilliant communicator who cares about people, not just those paying his commission. This sale could have been very different had it been handled by a commission focused salesman. Had the needs of our tenant not been considered, it could have been a very different outcome for all parties. We could not recommend him more highly. Brilliant performance all round! Thanks Barry.

Outstanding Agent
Brody was at all times courteous and professional in his role in assisting me to find and purchase my property. He asked a series of insightful questions at the outset, referred me to a selection of homes to consider and prepared a set of inspection times to look at these homes. Brody sought additional inspection times from vendors, when required, and always answered my numerous questions with consideration, both towards myself and with repsect to the vendor's privacy. His honesty and manner both in person and on the phone ensured that I felt great confidence in his ability to attend to aspects of the sale for all parties involved. Brody willingly arranged for other members of his agency and tradespeople to inspect and carry out tasks on my behalf. As a result of this confidence, I have now worked with additional staff from this agency and had equally positive correspondence and outcomes.
