We have bought and sold through Barry several times, and on our current sale, as always, he has gone above and beyond the call of duty in negotiating through challenges. We had trouble finding someone who would take on a small asbestos removal, but he found someone. We had a structure that needed certification, and he helped us through it. He kept us well informed and communicated well with us, our conveyancers, and our tradies. We couldn't have done it without him and his team.

I could not recommend this person or his colleagues with any higher praise than saying that they were in touch with us every few days letting us know what they were doing and where things where up to, they were very courteous to the tenant and always rang before showing people through the property. Negotiations were quick and everything was done and dusted with out any hassles. Very pleased with the Agency and would recommend them to anyone to put their property with them for sale
