I have had a magnificent experience with Barry for purchasing of my property. At the beginning, I have had some issue with the contract exchange, Barry continuously helped me even during the time he was away in US Atlanta playing his Golf Tournament. He adjusted his sleep time in order to accommodate for the 12 hours' time zone difference. By his hard work, we have been able to sort out all the issues with lawyer and the broker. Except for the things mentioned above, Barry has helped us arranging furniture handover, delayed settlement issue and house inspections. To be honest, these are not mean to be part of his work, but he just helped us so nicely and so patiently, free of charge and without complaining anything. For my case, I assure, without Barry's help, I wouldn't be able to complete this property purchase so smoothly. I assure I will not find any better agent than Barry.
