From the moment we started looking at new homes we felt extremely comfortable with Leo even though we weren’t quite ready to buy the first time we made contact. We had been searching for our new home for nearly a year and during that period we met Leo on a few inspections. He was so delightful to speak to without any pushy sales tactics that when searching for homes and he was the sales agent I instantly felt comfortable to want to inspect the homes, however with other sales agents I sometimes avoided going to an inspection because I knew they would be pushy and difficult to purchase from. He was honest and clear with what the vendors were hoping to sell which was helpful to know what we could afford. Also when asking questions he got back to us promptly without dismissing our concerns. He didn’t try and downplay our concern which made us feel respected. He also did his best to get us an inspection at the last minute when we really wanted to see the home. So it was a pleasure to actually purchase our home from Leo. I would recommend speaking to Leo if you’re searching for a home. Once he knows what your looking for he actually remembers next time you see him. He doesn’t bombard you with messages and calls which can be off putting by other sales agents. If your selling a property I believe Leo would be very professional, kind and respectful with all purchasers seeking to buy your property as he was with us.
