With a successful career in building and construction behind him, Graeme commenced work in the family business (Wray Taylor Real Estate) in 1990. Working at the grass roots of the business, he quickly mastered each element of the field including sales and property management. After studying to achieve his Real Estate Agents Licence, Graeme took over as Principal of Wray Taylor Real Estate on his father's retirement, and has since injected his own unique style, building a solid reputation and constantly improving and strengthening Taylor's hold on the market place, across Geelong. Under Graeme's astute guidance, Wray Taylor Real Estate became Taylor First National in 2004, after joining forces with Australia's largest real estate co-operative, a move designed to bring significant nationwide benefits for Taylor's clients. A man with a passion for his business, Graeme has been a committed member of Real Estate Institute of Victoria (REIV), where he has held both Board and President positions within the Geelong regional branch, with a most notable turn on the REIV's Ethics Council. In 2009 Graeme was recognised for his contribution to the Real Estate Industry by being awarded the prestigious Platinum Achiever Award plus a Gold & Silver Award. He received these awards by competing with 82 other Real Estate offices in Victoria.
