Very good agent

Owen represented the Vendors in this matter, and did so very well. Having said that however he was also courteous and mindful of your situation and managed to negotiate a resolution which suited everyone.

owen sharkey

I found Owen polite, professional, courteous, and well presented. He kept me informed at all times during the campaign, and was quick to return my calls. He consulted with me in detail about what would be the best course of action for the sale of our property throughout the campaign and took my thoughts into consideration. I only knocked a bit off the market knowledge section because I believe it was the first time he had sold in our area and whilst he did have a very sound knowledge of the general market I believe the sale of our own property developed his knowledge in our area further. When a sale was likely for our property (6 month campaign) I believe he operated very efficiently to ensure we got the highest price for our property. I would have no hesitation in recommending him.
