So easy ...no fuss... Property was listed on the Friday , Inspection took place on Saturday ( 8 Families ) another Inspection on the Wednesday (7 Families) - deposit taken on the Thursday !!! exchanged on the Friday ,all done!. Grandeur Real Estate showed Professionalism beyond my expectations, their Staff were Articulate at the inspections, they communicated with honest and to the point feedback, and were always available to take your call. After the Exchange Aldo passed the Process over to his administration team and the same professionalism.
