As soon as we met Daniel we knew he was the right agent for us. He knows Mt Pleasant inside out and has the ability to "read" the current market. He is confident without being pushy and has a natural likeable personality. We never felt under any pressure; Daniel took the lead but made suggestions which made us feel like we were still involved in the decisions related to the sale of our home of 26 years. He is in constant communication and answers every question very promptly and courteously. Selling can be stressful, but Daniel made it an unexpectedly painless experience. To top it off, he estimated we would sell for $100k more than the price told to us by another local and high profile agent. Daniel was wrong - we got $120K more - after only one home open!! An amazing agent, I cannot possibly recommend Daniel Grant highly enough. A neighbour was so impressed she has also engaged him to sell her place. That just speaks for itself.

Both Marisa and I found Daniel and Chelsea to be diligent in their Approach and their professionalism. Daniel and Chelsea continually kept to us up-to-date with regard to what had transpired with the various parties who viewed the property, we were never left wondering. If there was one thing that stood Daniel and Chelsea above other agencies in the area, it would be there personal hands-on direct approach, they genuinely cared. If we were to rate Daniel and Chelsea with other agencies that we have dealt with over the years on a score of 1 to 5 (where 1 being the lowest and 5 being the highest), we would rate them a 10.
