When we first talked to Daniel, we thought it was too good to be true, because he said we could get about $100K more for our house than an another local agent told us we could get. If there was one thing that stood Daniel and Chelsea above other agencies in the area, it would be there personal hands-on direct approach, they genuinely cared.
