As we’re based in a different state, Chelsey managed everything — from preparing the house for sale right through to the final inspection — and took care of many of the practical details that would have been difficult for us to handle remotely. Chelsey was professional, reliable, and trustworthy. She offered helpful suggestions without being pushy, and always respected our decisions without judgement. Her being local made a big difference in managing all the logistics on the ground. We had a good understanding of the local market and found our expectations aligned well with hers.
