I highly recommend her she is a great agent!
She made the whole process so easy! Terese help me sell my former family home and investment property. She is enthusiastic, professional and well prepared. She proposed an efficient sale process, arranged for the staging and photographs, gave me good and thoughtfully critical advice. The sale went very well and way above asking price. I highly recommend her.

Several years ago my husband, and I, had the great fortune of meeting Terese when we purchased our home finding her terrific to deal with. In recently selling my unit, she walked me through the process with great clarity, and as a result of her hard work, accomplished the task with a fantastic result in a very short period of time. Terese is very unique; she listened to all my concerns and questions and answered every single one of them. In an industry that is often maligned by slickness, Terese was a great find. She is a very genuine and honest person. At all times Terese impressed me with her expertise and in turn this made me feel comfortable, and confident with her ability. Her communication with me was thorough and convinced me that she had my interest at heart. Willing to put the effort in, Terese rearranged the unit for our open day so as to highlight its special features thus creating a large volume of buyer interest, and subsequently many offers to purchase the property. It was a very successful sales program. For the above reasons it is without hesitation that I would recommend Terese, and thank her very much for a job very well done.
