When Gary sat down and outlined his approach, he was adamant in what he could deliver and how he could deliver it. He ensured that the property was exposed to numerous potential buyers and reported back each weekend. Gary provided a realistic valuation, and worked strategically to ensure that he was able to deliver. He communicated regularly. He was always positive and energetic about what he was doing. In the end, he identified the buyer, worked with us to ensure that we reached an outcome we were satisfied with, and delivered the sale. Gary doesn’t do things in halves.
