Professional and caring
Ian's approach to the sale of our property was extremely professional whilst at the same time caring and concerned. Quick and Painless
I would happily recommend Ian Lawless to anyone buying or selling property on the Surf Coast . After viewing one of his listings he was happy to answer my questions and 2 days later we had signed a contract . Ian was happy to present a number of offers to the vendor on our behalf and by the end of the negotiation we were able to find the sweet spot where all parties could settle . I found that Ian had a very good knowledge of the Surf Coast market . The other members of his team that I met also impressed me with their professional attitude and passion for the local property market . The whole experience was quick and painless . We now have another quality investment property and tenants who are overjoyed to be able to continue renting a lovely house overlooking some of the best coastline in Victoria .

Excellent Agent!
We were really impressed with Ian's local knowledge and easy communication skills. He obviously loves the community he lives and works in and he perpetuates that feeling to people buying in. We felt under no pressure or any hidden agenda, when we were negotiating the property, (which is a key element for us) he reopened the house for us the same day and personally both my partner and I feel he is far different from any other real estate agent we have dealt with! Ian will be our first stop, if we sell our recent purchase, someday, to move even further down the coast, as he is the ideal person/agent to sell your house and find you your next dream home.
